Connect your Google Calendar and your shoots sit beside your yoga class and Matt's birthday, as a calendar of their own. Nothing of yours is moved or changed.

Boka sees only when you're busy, never what or who with. That's enough to keep your free days honest, and to tell you how each request fits before you go looking.

Show them to anyone signed up, or only to photographers you've accepted. Your town is on your page; your address never is.

Your shoot terms, signed before you arrive

Write your terms once. When a shoot is agreed, Boka turns them into a model release, or a confidentiality agreement if you work anonymously, and you both sign on your phones before the day.

Only verified photographers

Ask for an ID check, and only photographers who've passed it can send you a request.

Invoices from the booking

When the shoot's done, send the photographer an invoice with the hours, the level and your rate already filled in, and see at a glance who has paid.

Questions?

Do I have to leave the sites I'm on?

No. Keep your profiles exactly as they are. Photographers still find you there; Boka is where they come to book.

Do photographers need Telegram?

No. Telegram is for you, because it's quick and the buttons sit right in the chat. Photographers hear back by email.

Can anyone see my diary?

Nobody sees your diary. Photographers see only the days you've marked as free, and only once they've signed up, or once you've accepted them if you'd rather.

What can Boka see in my calendar?

Only the times you're busy. Boka never sees what an event is called, where it is or who it's with, and it never changes anything in your calendar. You can disconnect it whenever you like.

What does it cost?

Nothing while we shape it with the first models.

Who's behind Boka?

We work on both sides of the camera, and we've lost whole weeks to that back-and-forth. Boka is from the team behind Posebook, and we're making it with the first models who use it.

What happens after I sign up?
